Anyway this is a promo for my crossover group newest Contest!

What's a super saiyan day?

Well this is an idea I came up with just few days ago, thinking about how much Akira Toriyama's work influenced the manga and anime world trough the years, especially with the whole Super Saiyan idea.

I thought it would be nice to celebrate the birth of the SSj on a specific day so I decided to go and check out when the chapter where the Ssj made the first appearance was released, and thanks to we found out that the day was the on April 1st!

Now if you want to celebrate this day too I invite you to partecipate to our New Contest!

It's Super Saiyan Day!

We celebrate the birth of the SSJ form created by Akira Toriyama, released on 1st of April 1991 Weekly Shounen Jump #15, Dragon Ball chapter 317!
The Manga/Anime world would have never been the same if it wasn't for this day! As we know, a lot of mangaka have been inspired by Toriyama-sensei work, such as Masashi Kishimoto (Naruto's author) and Eiichiro Oda (One piece's author) and many others!

So we admins of decided to create this contest to spread our gratitude to Akira Toriyama's work aswell!

The theme of this contest is to chose one or more characters from different series and turn it/them in their own and personal SSJ form!!
You are free to decide how to illustrate it, you can also create funny/dramatic/romantic/comedy/etc.. scene if you wish, just remember to make at least one character in his new SSj form!

You can also create comics, fanfiction and cosplay photos!

The deadline will be April 30 2012.

R U L E S

Must be a crossover!
Must be a Member to enter the Contest!
Must be a new art, created for this contest.
Multiple enteries are allowed, but once the contest will be over, we will ask you to pick your favourite.
All entries must go into the Contest - Super Saiyan Day 2012-Folder
Any character is allowed.
You can add as many character as you wish in the pic, but there must be at least a character with a new ssj form, official ssj characters are allowed too (Goku, Vegeta, Gohan etc...)
Mature context fanart are not accepted
Any media ia allowed, cosplay and fanfiction (Just 1 chapter) are welcomed.
No stolen art, we don't accept this kind of behavior, if we find out we will disqualify the user immediatly.
Fan characters and OC are allowed, but they have to be at least in the same pic with an official character.
No arts will be accepted after the deadline.
